Woo hoo! Transit subsidy going up to 33 percent (max of 400 HKD per month). Oh yeah, I'm living on easy street now!

(Apparently this was in Carrie's policy address in October but I just saw the sign yesterday...).

This will CERTAINLY end the protests...

Could be a great piece of marketing by an online dating site nobody knew a day ago, or it reflects the perils of having a famous name!

I think I've been in Hong Kong too long when I think the customer service is pretty good and I think our health care system is the best ever ($6 USD for a doctor's visit AND x-ray). I think the virus has brought out the worse in some countries, reminding me how civil and efficient HKers can be. Hmm!

When did this growing fad of splitting out a word by putting a full stop between every letter start? Am I the only one finding it i.r.r.i.t.a.t.i.n.g.?

First time I saw the Singapore noodles I was like "hey cool! Cheap noodles, let's see what they're like!", but this second time, something else popped up... Did they miss a memo? And since when did red kidney beans have anything to do with Hong Kong?

So in the endless Singapore cs Hong Kong debate, Hong Kong isn't giving up!

Is that more or less than the same weekend last year and years before?
