Try reporting Dave under the Trade description ordinance.

“Fake products were sold at 10 to 20 per cent of the original prices of the genuine goods,” Lam said.

Investigators believed the clients were aware the goods they bought were fake.

Customs began an investigation after receiving a complaint. The raid came after female officers posed as customers made purchases and collected evidence on several occasions.

Lam said the three suspects could face prosecution under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance that carried a maximum penalty of a HK$500,000 fine and a five-year jail term.

I got to know about this dealer by hanging around dodgy bars late at night in Wan Chai. I contacted him one night and asked what he was offering. I liked the package, three grams of cocaine for $5,000, cash, no credit cards accepted.

I bought the package, and was a little shocked that he would not give me a receipt for my purchase, or a guarantee.

However when I got home I found that I had been deceived, and the package only contained two and a half grams, so I immediately rang to complain. The message in mandarin translates into something very unpleasant involving my mother.

My repeated attempts to get the issue resolved have failed completely. This drug dealer who was all very responsive at the time of making the sale would not respond nor fix the issue. Seriously, who can you trust nowadays?

I am not sure what can i possibly do now. Does anyone else in this forum had similar issues with drug dealers? Do you guys know if i can get my money back?

Any advise will be of help. Thanks in advance.
2.5 grams clearly work on you though.

Hold a demonstration outside of Legco with signs blaming mainlanders.
