it's also a psychological state. Fearlessness, all the people you see doing extreme sport have that. It is also a common trait shared with the most Violent Serial Killer, they also show fearlessness but have other traits like paranoid that makes it really bad. You should watch the video about the diagnostic it's very interesting:
