What movies did you last see / plan to see?

Didn't feel too tired and a good mix of avatars.

Saw Luce the other day, great acting but perhaps a little crammed in terms of hot topics it wanted to address ...

Also saw Ready or Not which was entertaining ... mindless fun really

Knives Out, very good old fashioned whodunnit.

One of three films we saw over Christmas.

We like 'The Rock' and see anything with him in and we liked the other Jumanji films.

We saw Star Wars. I saw the original in 77 and I've liked all of them to varying degrees. I rank ROS in 5th place:

    The Empire Strikes Back
    A New Hope
    Return of the Jedi
    Rogue One
    Rise of Skywalker

    ... the prequels...
    the silly Disneyfied one.
Han Solo, even my boys hated it.

We also saw Cats... as far as I'm aware, I'm the only person on planet Earth who enjoyed it and enjoyed it I most certainly did!

But, I like cats, I like London and the theatre, I like most of the actors and I was pleasantly surprised by Taylor Swift... I like the period it was set in and I like surrealism.

The reviews were so poor on Solo that when I finally saw it, it wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined. In fact I would watch Solo in a continuous loop for ten hours rather than sit through the three prequels.

Last movie was Brazil, a golden oldie. Not sure yet, but hoping to see 1917 today.

Still conflicted on the new Star Wars movie; it's supposed to be better than the last one, but so is tuberculosis.
