Breakfast being the most important meal of the day IMHO, I prefer to eat fruit ( mixed berries ) and muesli during the week in the mornings, some toast with sardines with a little dash of balsamic vinegar mashed into nicely melted buttered bread, preferably bread that I've baked myself as it is so much more ample then commercial supermarket bread etc.

Being Continental European, culturally, I am a coffee drinker, and prefer freshly ground dark roasted coffee, either a macchiato or espresso in the morning. I don't have much of a sweet tooth and tend to lean toward savoury than sweet, and not a big fan of refined sugar or heavily processed foods. I don't mind vegemite on freshly buttered toast on occasion, but have to really feel like it, as a medium sized jar of vegemite lasts about 12 months in my household as nobody else eats it but me lol.

On the weekend's we ( usually) tend to poach some chicken or duck eggs benedict, some alfalfa sprouts on a bed of buttered (toasted) sour dough bread with cooked tomatoes with rosemary and cracked pepper with a side of buttered toast to dip into the runny yolks, again, accompanied by an espresso coffee. Which in my opinion is one of the breakfast's of champions.

You have to choose from the options given, them is the rules of these Facebook questions. I chose C and D but actually had oats with berries and coffee.

That's not really honest though, and why I don't support rigged outcome survey's that only limit the outcome to a select group of options, especially when I don't eat most of them. Jam / Nutella etc cardboard boxed sugary cereals etc just aren't purchased by us as a family, thanks to my mother who raised me to not eat that shit and why I still have all of my teeth and not a single cavity at age 50.

Make a better selection choice, because not everybody chooses to eat the bog stock standard, 20th century commercialised breakfast that so many are conditioned to eat. I just don't and won't prescribe to it, ever!

If you want a discussion on healthy breakfasts I guess fun Facebook quizes are not for you. Did you never play that game as a boy where you were given two horrible choices to shag and you had to choose one of them?
