Bigamous marriage

So Filipina married Chinese HKer, worked in bank in HK.

Met a Filipino, got pregnant, went back to Philippines. Got married.

HKer was granted a divorce, recognised in the Philippines

Filipina married for 14 years with a couple more kids. But now wants to marry someone else.

No divorce in the Philippines so petitioned the Supreme Court to nullify the marriage because it was bigamous.

Supreme Court ruled it was her own fault, you made your bed you lie in it.
