I have 20 years experience in the service industry and the more you become an 'arsehole' the less likely we are to bend over backwards to accomodate you. If you're polite and civil and ask nicely we're more likely to help you.

Having a hissy fit due to your own mistake is not going to make us any more sympathetic or willing to help you. We are not there to be shouted and abused at.

as mentioned in another thread....apparently its a spoof on cathay auntie, to draw attention to the shark fin consumption...there was another copy of the clip with translation a la pop-up video, where she's ranting on about demanding her soup...some local HK animal rights group (not a Korean restaurant)
