Today i went for job interview over in Kolwoon Bay via MTR. I manage to get a seat but the train reached Prince Edward station, an old grandma board the train so offered her my seat which she accepted. When the train reached Kolwoon Tong there was a couple people left their seats to get off the train. This deaf person (can see he had the ear thing - cant remember what it is called as having a blond moment) tap me on the arm (i was listening to music) saying there is an empty seat but i declined and said for him to take the seat which he refused so he asked another person to take the seat.
When the train reach Choi Hung, the grandma who i offered the seat tap me on the arm to say you can have the seat back and thanked me again as she was getting off.

So there are some nice HK people here in the country who are not rude!
