But his jail sentence is 4.25 years and the driving ban will be pretty short.

The only thing this guy will be driving in prison is his cell mate.

This person who did the killing is an idiot, whether foreign or even if he was an oriental. He was drunk, which is no excuse, and his actions caused a death. It must not be nice to drive a taxi and have a drunken idiot climbing all over you, and then killing you in the process of it.
