I'll put in a plug for AirNZ - they are an excellent little carrier and fly from HK to London too, just in case you think you have to just fly to NZ to use them!

Often the cheapest of the London options and their Biz class is First Class (if you see what I mean!).

Although nude air stewards... do you think they get the men too... many of the airnz staff are just as ancient as the united ladies....!!!
