There was a similar case in the US a few years ago. The man was found 'not guilty' of molesting his daughter because he was a sleepwalker. That seemed plausible; in this case, isn't it pretty creepy to have a 16-year old sleeping in a 40-something man's bed, whatever their relationship?
Anyway, rather than turn this into a general sex crimes forum, let's move all on to the next episode of the Domique Strauss Kahn saga:

Three comments here: it will soon be evident whether this accusation is plausible, as the article explains. Secondly whenever someone 'defends' themselves by saying "Quelle ridiculous! Can you imagine me doing that?" it is not a real good sign. Thirdly, this woman is, to put it crudely, a fox. That, at least, would eliminate cheateau's main argument, which is that such a great man as DSK would never soil themselves with someone of 'low quality'...
