    Blasts in Mumbai

I was on the phone with a colleague staying at the Taj in Mumbai and he said there were 3 blasts a few minutes ago. Turned on Fox and they mentioned 1 blast.

Does anyone know is its anything serious? There is nothing on CNN or local channels yet.

Its times like this when I find twitter the most useful. Turn it on and you will get second-by-second coverage by people on the scene.

+1 on Twitter. I found out about this on Twitter and then texted a friend who is currently in Mumbai on business. The news hadn't trickled to him yet. Twitter is damn near real time.

Live TV | Watch Times Now, Zoom TV, India TV, ET Now, Star Ananda, Star Majha, Star News, Headlines Today, Aajtak, Sahara Samay, Manorama News Online - Indiatimes Live

These guys have the best coverage. Seems like 17 dead so far. We have some of our guys at the Taj in Mumbai and all are safe as these blasts are not close to the Colaba area.

I still can't understand why does Human wants to kill another Human, specially when others are innocent and don't related to them.

I heard about it on facebook...(Ok not heard, read).
It annoys me to no end that despite of it being the worst government EVER, it still got re-elected in the last elections. The number of scams, amount of corruption, disregard for the lives of the citizens, no backbone, useless arguments in the parliament, ridiculous statements by so called leader (One is so shocking it is funny, Digvijay Singh paying respect to Osama Bin Laden when he was finally killed), and the ease with which the whole parliament get together and agrees upon if the bill is about their salaries/perks.

    Freetrader and Football16 like this.
