Personally I wouldn't be unhappy if Mr Clarkson was taken out and shot.
Similar feelings in the Satay household.
Edit: that is, agree with drumbrake!

Who cares! He just said what a lot of people actually think. I've never seen Clarkson described as a diplomat. Water off a ducks for most people.
Likewise. I have felt this way since reading a column by him in the late 1980s that said roads should only be for car drivers, not pedestrians or cyclists, and that horses and their riders should be mown down by drivers if they see them. He is a cnut of the highest order.
Nobody else thinks that he may have been sarcastic?
I think that clip may have been cut at an appropriate moment!
I don't see too much wrong with what he said. Maybe not shot, but definitely maimed.
Apparently UNISON are taking legal advice about his comments. There are mutterings that they may try to threaten the BBC to get him to apologise.
Some people just can't handle the truth
Gilt edged pensions? 50% get £5,600 or less
Not like the bankers who make that much in a day, from public funds...
Unison rep says "it's almost like Gaddafi". WTF??! Major sense of humour failure....
BBC News - Unison calls for sacking of Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson
major major failure!
major backwards step for freedom of speech..
its obvious he's joking! and even if he meant it - he's joking!
mind you a bit rich of him to say he's got a proper job!
