This choice could be the biggest factor in deciding who wins the next election. Too moderate and republicans may not turn up, too conservative and no votes from the middle ground.

The front runners at this stage are
    • Rob Portman
    • Marco Rubio
    • Paul Ryan
    • Chris Christie
    • Bob McDonnell
    • Susana Martinez
    • Rick Santorum
    • Rand Paul
    • Nikki Haley
    • John Thune
    • Bobby Jindal
    • Tim Pawlenty
Get me someone Italian-American other then Rick Santorum. I generally never vote based on nationality but after seeing that we have already have a Black president and if Rubio gets the VP nod that would make a hispanic VP, I want to see an Italian-American in office. Why should we be out in the cold due to stereotypes ? Italian politicians always get stereotyped. I say good Italian pizza for all

My last post was obviously a joke. In all seriousness, I'm not really interested in anyone on the list. I suppose Christie or Rubio would be good choices due to their popularity. If I had my choice I would like to see a Ron Paul/Judge Andrew Napolitano ticket. Both are staunch Constitutionalists.

Paul Ryan but I would have preferred Rubio. Let's wait for the "Official" announcement later today.
