Watch with the sound off, it looks odd. Two options as far as I can see mentally ill/on drugs or it's a set up. (personally, I don't think it's mentally ill as China blocks them from coming into the country). Who turns on their cellphone when they see someone being sexually assaulted? Why no bruises or blood. The guy was knocked out. Normally to do that you'd have to hit someone fairly hard.

The timing with all the other announcements was a bit strange as well.

Something's off here.

BTW, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. Just have seen too much happen in China without questioning everything. When there's a name and a formal arrest I'll be more likely to believe it.
