I'm not tired of it - and I hope you are in a minority, I think Obama got quite a lot done considering the amount of resistance for resistance sake by politicians hoping to make some points - they set off to thwart him with out thinking of anyone but themselves..

I hope it bites them that they put politics before country,

of the 2 choices I think Obama is still the one.

Else you are voting to shoot yourself in the foot..

anti abortion, anti secular, anti "socialism" - totally in the NRA's pocket, privileged and no ideas..

would have stopped the bailouts "let them fail" where the hell would they be now?

no thanks.. Mitts a shit. better the devil you do know... you dont know how anything about Mitt and his plans, you dont know even how much tax he has dodged, and he probably went for the amnesty a few years back - so would that technically make him a criminal?

Why do American politicians trot out their dutiful wives in front of the cameras. It would be nice to see a presidential wife say - 'sorry too busy with my own career' to dress up pretty play 2nd fiddle to you on the campaign.

Are you really American? - this basically defines the American electorate for the past 236 years. If there is a decent turnout in the polls Mitt Romney will win. Despite how dazzled you are by the charisma of the Obama's - if enough Americans turn out for the poll - Mitt Romney will win. If you have not heard this before - please remember that this is where you heard it first.

Rather than preaching to the expat choir you might point these posts to another more appropriate forum.

By the way - I would vote Obama if I had a vote.

If I was running for presidency I would have people's heads in the crosshairs right off the bat:

    1. Immidiate reduction of Federal Government Workforce by 15%
    etc......................
Some good ideas overall but a question on the point above. What do you do with the 15% that have been laid off?

OK, well wit until you earn enough to pass the tax free threshold, and get taxed by the US at the highest rate (while living overseas) for benefits and services you cannot receive. I pay plenty of taxes, the problem is just too much waste on the ever growing European style welfare state, which we know now does not work.

Economies are cyclical, they go up and down without any help. However, leaders can make its downfall more severe or hamper its recovery. I see no hint of a recovery with unemployment in the U.S. stagnant or increasing after 4 years in office, and more people on food stamps than at any time in US history. You give the celebrity too much credit for not only doing nothing to help, but actually making it worse. At this point I would vote for anybody to be president except Morgan Freeman.

The President screwed himself by taking the "we won, now Fû¢k off" attitude with his Obamacare BS. He compromised nothing and would not even listen to the Republicans and passed it without their votes and control of both houses. Then after he lost the House, and needed Republican support to pass his agenda, he realized he was screwed. This is what happens when you put a person in office with no executive experience and no experience in how to negotiate with opposing views. Why he should expect cooperation is beyond comprehension at this point.

I am praying for the robot to win.

I think if America wanted the biniz man President, the GOP would have picked Herman Cain.

climber07, it sounds as though you would like Ron Paul?

Obama has done a outstanding job, and only the republican idiots could say otherwise. The average american lost 40% of his or her net worth in the housing bubble/crash! I forget how many trillions of dollars that equates to, but a ton of paper money was pulled out of the economy during the crash. Of course it is going to take some time to deleverage that kind of loss and thankful we have a guy like Obama to ease us through the crisis in a thoughtful and prudent manner.
