    The Danny Cancian Story

The guy was convicted of killing a man in a restaurant fight in 2008 and sentenced to 5 years in prison in Dongguan. Hard to say whether to have sympathy or not; he admits to killing him, but the conditions in the jail sound pretty bad. And he's right when he says that foreign governments aren't going to do much to hep their nationals in Chinese jails.

I do have sympathy for him being convicted if its true it was in self defense and I dont think he went over board by using weapons, sounds like he got a good hit on the fecker that was attacking him and that fecker died, one less prick in the world.

looking at Banged up abroad, it seems the guy who died was the fecker who started just because he was bumped into by a foriegner deserved to die.

When it comes to prisons, people who have committed a crime, should be punished with hard labour, given basic necessities a cell with a bed and toilet only, not allowed to vote, commit a crime do the time. HK jails are basic as well, I used to know a colleague who was quite chubby that was caught with ICE (drug) during a random road block, he was sent to Lai Chi Kok Detention centre where he said they were taken up the hills nearly every day come rain or shine to cut the grass, after his sentence I bumped into him, he was thin like a stick.
