Tigersun, be fair. You will see that I quite clearly stated "at a push". Anyway, for sanity, it is perhaps easier not to discuss Hitler since his was a peculiar circumstance.

I actually tried to be as fair and transparent as possible with my enormous post earlier. There's little I can distort when most of my post contains full quotes. If you feel that I've misrepresented you (or your argument), by all means let me know. Don't just throw out an unsubstantiated allegation just because you don't like my opinion.
