No Beef in them Beef Balls WTF Whats next snake meat pretending to be chicken
I've bought prepackaged beef balls in the supermarket but once, and the taste was horrendous enough to put me off ever purchasing them again! I much prefer whole pieces of meat.
Ironically substituting pork for beef is quite common in Indonesia.
I think it's more likely to be the Indonesian-Chinese who control most of the large businesses.
I don't want to know what found instead.
The label should have read:
No beef cattle were harmed in the making of our beef balls.
It is bad for Muslims but better than this recent China scandal-
"The mislabeled meat crackdown follows media reports last week that police had bust a crime ring that had passed off more than $1 million in rat and small mammal meat as mutton. "
