Since the Civil war, racism has been the favorite weapon of war of the United States Government. Still today it's wars are based on cleverly disguised racism. The PR to the contrary is a lie.

    Going back to colonial times..............

Slavery was illegal in all French and Spanish colonies of North America. It was legal only in the United States. Slavery was illegal and racism non existant in Florida, the Republic of West Florida, Louisiana and Texas, but US expansionism took them all over.

At the beginning of the US Civil war, David Burnett and Sam Houston (the founders of Texas) opposed the Confederacy. Lt. Gov. Edward Clark took over the governorship when Governor (and former Texas President) Sam Houston refused to swear his allegiance to the Confederate States of America.

Even today, Texas does not display the Stars and Bars as part of it's history. Texas displays two other confederate flags that were adopted by the common people as opposition to US expansionism and racism. They do not display the Stars and Bars adapted by the Confederate government and the wealthy slave plantation owners.

Texas was never invaded by the US civil war army. The US sent the least competent Union general who was driven back by all volunteer units of the Texas Army, including:

The Texas indian regiment (All native Americans).
Terry's 37th Cavalry (Free black men)
The Cherokee braves (Cherokee native Americans)

These peoples had historically suffered persecution by the US government, and freedom in Texas. They were fighting for their own freedom. None of them owned slaves.

The US Army began with white career soldiers, which was insufficient to fight a war. Northern people did not support the war or want to kill their own brothers in the South. Lincoln had to recruit black slaves with a promise of freedom at the end of the war. Two years into the war, all the Northern slaves were signed up, so in a brilliant PR coup, Lincoln made the war about slavery, and issued the emancipation proclamation. This won the support of the people, and funding from congress, which won the war for Lincoln.

After the war, the black US soldiers used the newly invented "repeating rifle" to commit genocide on 80 to 120 million Native Americans. The Native American victims gave the US black soldiers the name "Buffalo Soldiers" because their African hair resembled the coat of the American buffalo. Bob Marley wrote a song about the famous "Buffalo Soldiers".

These black US Army soldiers were used to kill, burn and pillage all over the South and the Western plains. And that is what caused the intense hatred of Black people which still persists today in some segments of American society. The US Government pitted black against all other races, and invented racism as a weapon of war. It just naturally became a tool of "law enforcement officers".

This report tells the story from the victim's side.

KTRH radio got the story from the police dept and children's protective services. The report was that a 13 year old girl and two adult males (late twenties) were sleeping in a car in a gas station. The gas station owner called it in. The policemen assumed that they were passed out from drinking or drugs. The car was from out of state. It is illegal in the US to transport a non dependent juvenile female across state lines. They could not verify the parental document at 3 AM, so they cleared it through Children's Protective Services to see if the girl was a runaway. If these guys were supposed to be taking care of the girl, why wasn't she sleeping in a hotel room, or at least in the area of a Wal Mart parking lot reserved for travelers.

The "victims" will file a lawsuit for damages from the city of Houston..........

Looks like the police were just doing their job but not very well. Two adult white men sleeping with a minor female in a car at a gas station is just as suspicious. Though why the rough tactics or is this just what police do these days due to levels of armed and dangerous criminals?

Litigious idiots, the parent for one may have been very happy had the daughter been in trouble. I don't of course know the people involved but still I find it a bit reckless of the mother to allow the 13 year old to do this trip.

These two bad apples of the HPD need to be sorted out. Texas is a good place, but there's no place for white supremacists.

The US is a well armed culture, so police tactics are quite different, and quite shocking to other cultures.

Because of the need for anti gun police tactics, it is very hard to recognize and eliminate racially motivated police brutality. I could watch racially motivated police brutality from very close and not be able to know if the policeman was intentionally brutal, or if he was in fear of his life from a concealed gun.Very sticky problem.

Despite the PR to the contrary, racial hatred is very strong in the US. It will take another thousand years for Abraham Lincoln's Buffalo Soldiers to be erased from the memories of white, yellow, Creole and Native Americans.
The Buffalo Soldiers never fought Whites in Texas, but a local Texas policeman could be from another state. He might also be Cherokee, Comanche or Caddo Indian.

At the state level, the problem was solved by staffing the police force with a very high percentages of Blacks. The program has proven very successful.

The TV show, "Walker, Texas Ranger" of Chuck Norris with a tall handsome intelligent Black partner is very real, except for all the stunt fighting and blazing action scenes....

    Wonderful post........ Thank you

Our progress is becoming exponential. We have taken control of the information. The last time I engaged a hotel breakfast room in peace conversation, only one man spoke the words of his racist war indoctrination education. He spoke a few anti Chinese words, then went quiet and looked down in embarrassment.

Every day, I am more amazed at how easy it has become to be a peace activist. No one talks back to me any more. Many young people take over and talk peace better than me....
