    Better to be born in HK than ....

    According to this... HK is the 10th best place to be born.

    Ahead of a lot of countries that you might not have expected ...

    I can access the methodology article fine in an incognito window...

    I saw this earlier in the week - I'd be interested to know if HK's position would have changed in the past 18 months or so.

    Interesting to see such a big difference between EU members, Sweden in 4th and Bulgaria in 61st!

    Britain is 27th, I wonder if they broke it up into Wales, N. Ireland, Scotland and Ingerland, what they would score individually.

    If I was giving birth, I would much rather do so in a Swedish public hospital than a Bulgarian one. Also, in Sweden, both parents of a newborn get granted a decent amount of maternity and paternity leave. As far as I can recall, my brother in law got about 9 mths parenity leave.
