Ted Cruz and John Kasich team up in deal to stop Trump

It's not even a pretend democracy now.

I seriously hope Trump becomes POTUS and rubs this pair of scumbag's noses in it...

This is nothing new, the GOP has been trying to stop Trump for months and hasn't worked. I love listening to all the pundits try and figure out what's going on when it's really quite simple, American people want a border and they want trade laws that benefit the people. Two things neither party has been able to deliver upon in decades.

Was just a matter of time before the GOP ate their own.

Turns out there is something better than the smell of napalm in the morning: the sound of the people sharpening pitchfork tines.

The sad thing is that you are seeing the same BS on the democratic side. Bernie was never given a fair shake from the get go. The media gave him almost no coverage and the superdelegates are aligned with the Clinton machine.

It's almost as if we are going to be looking at 4 parties going forward. The populist party (Trump supporters), the elite dems (Clintons), the conservative christians and the liberals (Sanders).

The current democratic party will remain in control for awhile because they have the votes of the liberals and the career politicians like Clinton, but eventually the liberals will get tired of the phony democrats who pander to Goldman Sachs one day, then rally for the poor the next.

Could there be party splits? We had it in the UK with the Social Democrats but they died a death. Or is the party macine and money too big in the USA?

You are already seeing splits in both parties. The one common denominator is that big money/elites/corporations are slowly losing their grips on power. This is a good thing, and exactly how democracy should work. Change won't happen overnight, but if you look between the lines, a lot of good has happened both with the Trump campaigns and the Sanders campaigns. One thing is clear, the establishment politicians are running scared....

US-voters should be very disturbed by this election as it is showing in plain black and white that their vote truly doesn't count.

On the Democratic side because Hilary is getting the delegates even when Bernie beats her. On the Republican side because the media has been going for Trump's head from the very beginning, trying their best to sway voters away from him, and because their party is colluding to invalidate their vote.

We'll see, Hillary was a huge favorite to win the democratic nomination about 8 years ago too...until she wasn't. A lot of time left for your corporate puppet to mess up....or simply face a real interview regarding her choice of using an unsecured public server while being the Secretary of State.
