    For all practical purposes, the only ones who need to update their passports due to this redrawn boarder are arctic foxes and the odd reindeer that has strayed from his herd.

    Moose and wolves. I need to check my facts, but as far as I have heard, Finland are the biggest drinkers in Scandinavia would prefer cheaper and less taxed booze.

    What happens if Finland does not really want the gift? Can they return it for cash or store credit?
