They have dropped the vote due to lack of support. Obamacare remains. Trump and Ryan say they're moving on to tax reform.

But, but, Its not his fault:

"We had no Democrat support," Trump said, later adding, "A lot of people don't realize how good our bill was."

"Obamacare is exploding — with no Democratic support we couldn't quite get there," he said.

Trump added the real "losers" were Democratic leaders, and not Republican leadership.

"I think the losers are [House Minority Leader] Nancy Pelosi and [Senate Minority Leader] Chuck Schumer because now they own Obamacare," the president said.

Well this seems to be the best outcome all around. Perhaps Trump is a closet Democrat?

What is worrying is that one of the reasons it failed is because it was not hardcore enough for the Tea Party brigade. Trump was not sufficiently far right for them, let that sink in. People voted for these assholes, what the fuck were they thinking?

If a bill that guts most provisions for the poor and gives a massive tax cut to the rich was not up to the job for them, what happens if Trump really needs their support for something, what concessions will he have to give?

There are a lot of assholes at the extremes and they live in clusters...So they get to send a representative or 2 to Washington.

The whole thing failed because the drumpf does not do concessions. He just found out he is not the king, lets see if he learns from it.

-> He didn’t take an active role or display minimal interest in preparing the law.
-> He didn’t have any grasp of its details.
-> He didn’t engage in substantive bargaining with GOP holdouts, believing that vague promises, pats on the back and open threats (twice) will get the job done.
-> He made a costly beginner’s mistake by threatening to bring the proposed American Health Care Act to a vote no matter what...
-> And in the end, its not his fault, its the democrats because they didn't support him.

Lets see if he learns from his mistakes. If the past is any indication, the answer is going to be no.
