The most important case for some time is about to start in the Supreme Court.

A very sad day for the USA

A first past the post system with Gerrymandering means Politicians choose their voters not voters their politicians.

First you vote then they Gerrymander to select the right voters next time so the gravy keeps flowing.

A key element of a first past the post system is having geographic seats that could be won or lost so the parties contesting them have to come to the middle ground to win. It stops extremism having a voice politics.

Only if they let Hongkongers who live overseas vote too.

Every PR should be allowed to vote by mail if they are a resident or haven't been absent from HK for longer than X years, same as most real democracies handle it. I can still vote back home by mail in ballot.

On this guys logic, if you drink a Coca Cola product you should be able to vote in the US elections.

If you are a Hong Kong permanent resident aged 18 or above, and ordinarily reside in Hong Kong,
