    How logos are remembered

Great post. I did not know the 'n' in 7-ELEVEn was lowercase.

"Once in Oracle Europe, a consultant suggested a change to the red Oracle Logo, which consisted adding a box to make it more visable. “Don't fuck with my logo,” Ellison responded, and walked out of the room. “It was a two-second presentation, the shortest I've ever seen,” says Fred Janssen a former Oracle executive"

Hadn't even realised that one of the numbers in the 7-11 logo was written as a word. Which was slightly gratifying as that matches how important the logo should be to me.

The golden arch is too basic, that's probably why they didn't include it in their post/experiment.

Bringing this back to Hong Kong. The top 3 HK brand logos I can immediately think of and could draw from memory would be:

    • MTR
    • Garden
    • Towngas
