    The comments section for this article used very similar tone and style to comments usually for anti-authoritarian articles. That means they probably were paid for comments.

    As someone else mentioned it maybe Trumps willingness to tread in eggshells and change official policy to state publicly what everyone knows.

    Obviously mentioning anything about the self governing of a Island that used to be part of Holland many years ago will land you in jail after Article 23 is enacted. So I wont mention it by name

    In all seriousness how concerned are the people here about having their views recorded for posterity once article 23 is retroactively enforced?

    yeah there a lot of wumaos on scmp. Every time there is something about china they pop up like crazy.

    There is a much better deal in the Philippines, apparently, according to the media, Duterte is paying everyone up to HKD 450 per day to post on FB (which is several times the average daily wage). Loads of us are pissed off because we have put in invoices but not been paid
