    Democracy does not equate to fairness.

    Hence a lot of the younger adults feel there needs to be a change in political thinking to run things.

    "who" the dictator is does matter because the policy is decided at their whim and not necessarily as a by-product of dictatorship itself.

    Yes, and if we had flying pigs we might be able to save carbon emissions used by delivery trucks to Chinese BBQ restaurants.

    I'm not holding my breath on either scenario.

    I don't think anyone believes that. Plenty of people think it is more likely to happen in a democracy with free press than a dictatorship without a free press though.
