    Total - the French multinational oil company - recently canceled its projects in Iran. France and EU don't have sanctions on Iran - they still follow the Obama nuclear deal that lifted sanctions.Total had to choose between its projects in Iran and its business in US.

    Meng hasn't been arrested for selling things to Iran.. She has been arrested for fraud.

    If it matters in the least I would have thought the list applies more to US presidents than Chinese ones. Though of course an alternative list of other issues is possible.
