    The leaked emails from Huawei are hilarious. Hard for them to argue against the charges when it is laid out in black and white, presumably backed up by financial transactions in US banks etc. Can't believe it was done this blatantly..... they must have thought they'd never be caught,

    Huawei got burned by FATCA which all banks working in the America must comply with.

    Not fatca - fatca is about helping IRS identify bank accounts in non-us banks that belong to us persons.Huawei has not been indicted for tax evasion.

    Still banks are sharing information to American govt authorities. How else, did they get this financial information?
