That's good news, right? S'pore's Airport is about as good as it gets.

Yep. If you want world class then go for the best. Manila subway is being constructed by the Japanese who know a thing or two about subways in earthquake zones.

Clark Airport passed its target of 2.5 million passengers this year on Dec 17th. That is two years at plus 60% growth which is planned to continue for the next 7 years (over 100 million). You can seewhy Changi would be interested in investing with that growth rate.

Oh and for those who followed the Boracay clean up, next on the list is Manila Bay. Safe water level is 100 shits per litre (that may not be the real measurement), current maximum level is 1.9 BILLION! They have set a target of one year to clean the water.

Afriend of a friend (Australian) has bought three. Three years to pay, interest free for first year.

This one is only a 40 year lease but in alovely location, part of the Hilton golf resort in the mountain foothills right on the edge of Clark.

Cool. I lived in Manila for 11 years. Now back in the states. Thinking about moving back. Maybe Clark. But I was there back in 2001! Long time ago. It was mainly dirt roads and lots of girlie bars and tattoo parlors!
