    Yep .. 40.

Of the confirmed 40 people killed, 30 were killed at Al Noor mosque and 10 killed at Linwood mosque. That 10 figure includes three people who were outside Linwood Avenue mosque at the time.

It does not seem that NZ was a particular target though from what one of them said online.

I'm referring to the act being labelled differently to suit 'their' agendas worldwide, and not that it has possibly set a precedent in Nz.

New Zealand police have conducted a controlled detonation at Auckland’s largest train station, the Britomart Transport Centre.

That might just be a suspect package, i.e. an unattended bag.

New Zealand’s police commissioner, Mike Bush, says the number of people killed has increased to 49 after one of the victims died in hospital.

I'm not entirely sure what your comments means. I listened to her speech and she said that NZ was targeted because it rejects racism (and a few other, very well chosen words). Which I think is aligned with what I was thinking. Not saying it's the wrong policy, but just sad that a multicultural and inclusive society has been targeted like this.
