Don't blame the police, they are entitled under the law to blow things up... DT didn't tell them to be gentle to criminals

The suspect in the case, who was wanted in connection with shoplifting, was taken into custody after a 19-hour standoff. .....

he broke into Lech's house for protection and was firing at officers with a handgun. Eventually, SWAT officers entered the home and apprehended him.
But hey, "police arresting poor guy over 2 belts" sure makes for a better headline.

The guy who had his house destroyed obviously has legal recourse for damages against the armed suspect. That's just how law works, the police didn't cause the whole situation.

Ghee ? didn't realize that. i thought in hk the people that started the crimes doesn't really matter... as long as they chant correctly then they are not breaking the law. its the enforcers that should be blamed for all the problems that surface like closing of road/train, firing of tear gas, recession, and maybe the death of trees
