I think the most damning of all allegations is this:

during the peak of the pandemic, China lockdown cities and provinces. They won't allow people to move within cities or across provinces. But they freely let people leave the country.

Now that you mentioned that, it is remarkable how Trump and the CCP, despite their mutual hostility, is alike in how both tries to deflect blame for the outbreak. What does that say, I wonder...

Travel bans to China weren't needed except Hubei, which China already enforced to an extreme. The Western world failed at testing, tracking, and tracing the virus or scan their health system for non- Chinese people showing covid-19 symptoms. They also failed at securing and manufacturing PPE.

A society ruled by fear this would seem to be expected surely. Especially in the last 8 years where Xi has clamped down on many things that don't fit the party's needs.

About 1 in 1000 health care workers died a similar ratio with SARs

The chances that both whistleblowers in each case died of the disease would be a Million to 1.

Why do you think Trump lists the likes of Putin, Xi, and Kim as some of his best mates?

Absolutely. They approach it as if it had a much lower transmission rate. But yes far too lax inmany countries with track and trace.

Shurat HaDin usually focuses on terror groups, yet according to Aviel Letiner, husband of Shurat Hadin director Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, just as states cannot commit acts of terror and claim immunity due to their being sovereign agents, China should not be able to avoid its own alleged failure in containing the virus.

The lawsuit is submitted in the US due to the fact that “most other countries are scared of the implications of China’s economical might” he added. In recent years China made huge investments in Israeli infrastructure, winning billions of dollars of tenders for projects like the Tel Aviv lightrail and Haifa’s new harbor.

Not sure why Western countries expected the same transmissibility as China, which enforced lockdowns, mask wearing, severe restrictions of movement, temperature checks at every corner, and fogged entire cities, but then doing none of those.
