Yeah it's been a bit of a bore fest so far. BUT...this drone creation of the Tokyo Olympics logo and then turning into an Earth is kinda cool I gotta say.

The blue icon mime was well done- proper Japanese entertainment style. The piano and kabuki combo was not great.

Didn’t remember watching a previous opening ceremony so was surprised that ViuTV slid through (many) commercial breaks. Hope no one who was interested in the Seychelles was watching as they cut to a break right when they marched onto the field.
