In order to get "boxed in" he had to have mommy drive him from another state with an illegal weapon. Kyle provoked everything that transpired, but the jury (and the judge, IMO) were on board with the scared teen narrative. Perhaps Sen. Paul Gosar can hire him as an intern.

If you had actually followed the trial you would know that the weapon was neither illegal nor from another state. But don't let facts get in the way of your manufactured outrage.

Wasn't purchased without appropriate background checks for the actual user?

Yes, it was purchased by a friend, but it wasn't illegal for Kyle to have it because it wasn't a short barreled rifle. Grosskreutz, the guy shot in the arm, was the only one illegally carrying a gun.

I take it you have been getting your info fromm Cnn or Msnbc.

His mommy did not drive him across state lines,he worked in Kenosha and when he finished his shift he was asked to help protect a business that the owner feared would be attacked by rioters.

Also the Judge is a Democrat appointee, and how is he a racist as everone involved in the trial is white.

His phone ringtone is God blesss America or similar, how is that racist.?

I think the law in WI allows for unsupervised minors to open carry if they are target shooting or hunting. Regardless, the judge dropped that charge for some reason that I'm guessing has to do with how poorly that law is written. Has Grosskreutz been charged yet?

    Shouldn't the friend be prosecuted?

Does this matter? It has no bearing on the choices made by the defendant.

Afaik the friend is being prosecuted.

What choices? He chose to defend himself with a legally owned firearm against someone who pointed an illegal firearm at him.

Everyone involved made equally stupid choices, that's hardly an argument against the defendant.

Everyone involved would have been better off staying at home. And he felt he had to kill two people because they threatened his life and attacked him. Everyone who followed the trial could see that clearly.
