No, in fact, the rules are so that almost anyone can be caught and put on a train. They are literally catching people in the streets.

And basically young men in ruzzia are left with no choice, there is a good scheme how ruzzia mechanism works:

P.S. I am just thinking - how long would it take for them to rebel? Or never

Some really good news. Many of Ukrainian heroes got back to their families already.

Basically, Ukraine traided Medvedchuk who was already useless for them (he told everything) on heroes who became a symbol.

The predictable response to the prospect of being drafted - flights out of Russia booked out and one way ticket prices skyrocketing:

If I were in danger of being called up (read...man), I think I would have tried my hardest to get the hell out much sooner. I realize that's easier said than done, they may have blocked people from leaving, I have no idea. Anything, anywhere, has to be better than a conscript in the Russian army fighting in Ukraine...

Many countries think differently, I see.

Lots of people on the borders right now, some are being "mobilised" even near the border

That is going to be one seriously unmotivated army and a dangerous one when they are armed. Would not want to be an officer in charge of them.

LOL. Joining repression forces (OMON) is a legal way to escape the army. Thousands of young ruzzians try to join OMON and just beat young hipsters and girls in the streets instead of loosing their heads under HIMARS.

Indeed. I doubt it's a good idea to forcibly arm people who don't want to fight against Ukraine. May be a trigger for the collapse of ruzzia into republics.

Not just beatings.. Conscription notices served up too.

In Moscow, hundreds gathered to protest on downtown Arbat Street after Putin announced the mobilisation. Police officers reportedly began giving draft notices to those they detained at the protest.

Among them was Artem Krieger, a young reporter for the Sota Vision news outlet, who was detained despite being there to cover the protests.

“All the men, absolutely everyone, was given a draft notice,” said Krieger during an interview with TV Rain from the back of a police van. That included men who had never served in the army, he said, who were now required to appear at their local recruitment centres.
