    A party bereft of ideas.

    Pushing this should be enough to loose them the next general election. Populist idiocy targeted at the grey pound in the Tory Heartlands. That's probably ~10% of the public and ~70% of the party membership. Making the vast majority think you have no sense of importance of a matter to please a near irrelevant but important to the party minority is bad leadership.
