    I think they are rebuilding it to keep the English out.

    Hopefully it won't happen, Scotland, Northern Ireland then Yorkshire all leaving. Followed by Wales and then Wessex. For once the Filipinos will be correct in thinking London is a different country to the rest of the UK.
