And a couple of photos taken TODAY to show "schools in the Philippines are closed" is false. Youngest's Recognition Day. Note masks off!

This is good. It reminds me that the western media is also biased - maybe not to quite the same extent as HK, but everything we read should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Masks off? You sure about that?

This shows to me how easy it is to indoctrinate young people.

Masks aren't required in school and yet 2/3 are still wearing them (2nd shot)? Despite the fact there is effectively zero risk for any of these people.

    Sad.

You have that in reverse. Masks are compulsory everywhere outside your home. So the teacher waa not indoctrinating them to wear a mask but encouraging them to break the rules. So in the second photo it is 1/3 not wearing masks even though they could be fined.

We don't have maskless warriors here, it is not a big issue. Wear a mask if you have to, it is no big deal. If you don't need to then don't bother.

Cool, good news, that's the way it should be, except for the moronic risk of a fine (however unlikely).

The photo still however shows the ludicrous situation of 2/3's of those young people being forced/cajoled/indoctrinated/brow-beaten in to wearing masks contrary to their best interests.

Friend on a cruise to Norway. They and half the passengers are confined to their cabins having tested positive. Staff shortages mean most things are closed on the ship anyway even if allowed out.

A second cruise ship in a week has docked in Sydney with 100+ cases on board. They are letting the positive cases disembark if they live in Sydney and can get home via private transportation to stay at home for 7 days. If they don't live in Sydney, hotel accomodation is being arranged, where they are supposed to stay for 7 days but its just a regular hotel, none of this quarantine hotel bullshit. If you are negative (via RAT test when you disembark), then you are free to go about your business as normal.
