Twitter & Musk - The Final Act

Looks like we are moving to act 3 of the drama..

    - Twitter shareholders approved the proposed deal that Musk is trying to back out
    - Whistle-blower has released a list of damning items which could affect the lawsuit
    - Lawsuit on course and trial to start October 17th

Hopefully the 3rd act is not a 3 act drama in itself but that would be asking for too much..

    Axios summary

Axios: Twitter shareholders approve Elon Musk's $44 billion takeover offer.

I realise that it's not useful without links, but I read last week somewhere (yes I know) that the whistleblowers claims don't really help Musk's case.

My guess is that he’ll try to back out now by claiming he can’t finance the deal instead of the nonsense on bots.

Place your bets….. Twatter traded up to 52, just short of the weed joke price 54.20.

Musk now saying Twitter will be a part of an everything app, X.....

Only everything app I can think of would be WeChat.

The final act might be a three part act ... and then each of those parts ...

Just before the public learned about the billionaire’s decision to give up his legal fight to nix the buyout, McCormick allowed Twitter to expand its hunt for evidence that Musk and his lawyers were in contact with whistle-blower Zatko before his allegations became public. She ordered the Musk side to widen its searches of internal files to include texts, instant messages and encrypted emails.

Completely unrelated, but I remember seeing footage of him in 2018 when they reused Boosters and boy has he aged. That's not a healthy looking person in the Axios pic.

There doesn't seem to be any good outcome to this saga. This guy in control of Twitter can only make a giant pile of divisive social media shite... worse.
