    A whatabouter in HK?
How do you get from finally seeing what has been the normal (and promised) release of the returns to seeing only the other partie's family members in a different branch of government?
Oh, I see you already answered that with "but Pelosi". Is the answer to my question "save the children" or the old chestnut roasted on an open fire (seasonal reference) "Benghazi!".?

If she runs for President I’m sure she’ll release them

Since there is no law, or actual rule to release them when running for president, why not have them released for every member of Congress? There is no ethical or legal difference and we have now established that the Ways and Means Committee can just release everyone's tax returns for fun.

You don’t think there is any difference between the powers, rights and responsibilities of the President and a Congressman…. Wow. This is what Drumpfuckery does to a persons brain.

Agreed but to play devil’s advocate ….

You want real extravagance, power and corruption, take a look at governors. The power they have versus the checks, media, scrutiny etc they face is really stacked in their favour.

The Speaker is 2nd inline to the presidency.

I don't think a politician should be the moral leader of a nation. Is Trump more or less tax dodgy than other casino owners? I don't care.

The release has been front page; the contents not so much.

It was the dems' equivalent of Trump's big announcement that turned out to be an NFT release
