    Black Friday promotions for publications

Seems like some good Black Friday promotions going on for the following publications:

    WSJ: HKD192 for the year
    WSJ+: HKD384 for the year
    NYT: USD20 for the year
The Times (UK): GBP12 for the year
Bloomberg News: USD140 for the year (normal price is USD299 for the year)
Economist: HKD1,495 for the year (normal prices is HKD2,990 for the year)

I am sure there are others, but just sharing the ones I have found.

Just to be clear, this is for website access, not for the actual newspapers?

Got the WSJ+ ... Thanks. Does feel just a little bit too "american" compared to FT.

Almost like they've hired a few buzzfeed headline writers.

    Just to add the following

Guardian UK: HKD150 for the year
Washington Post: USD20 for the year (or premium for USD39 for the year)
Telegraph UK: GBP49 for the year (or premium for GBP69 for the year)

Should add all the subs I've listed here and in the OP are good for a year and then price goes back up to normal amount after the first year. Also many of the sites do have ongoing (non BF) promotions for new sign ups, but the BF promotions do seem quite generous.

Is the Guardian HKD150 or US150? All their subscriptions are normally around US300.

Ah that could be the case. Not sure to tell you the truth.

Shows up at 15GBP a month for me. I don't read enough of it to justify

I've always found The Guardian free to access. Just clear their cookie occasionally to reset the increasingly naggy pop-ups.

    Updates:

Times (UK) is actually at 5 Euros for the year
NYT seems to crash when trying to sign up at USD20 for the year
