Impeachment complaint filed against Sara Duterte. This will I think help calm down the issue.

The complaint needs the vote of at least one third (103) of the House to be sent to the Senate where it needs two thirds for impeachment. The latter will never happen. The former is very unlikely.

The complaint has no House Representative signatures but is endorsed by one of the three communist members. Marcos has said he is against impeachment so unlikely his camp will vote in favour. But then if they don't vote for impeachment how can they continue the witch hunt?

But I think the Duterte camp is now seriously damaged politically. Sara Duterte does not have the political skill of her father and is no longer the clear favourite for the next President.
