I know you say this in jest, but I just read an assessment that N. Korea has so overextended themselves with the arms sold and soldiers sent to aid Russia's war on Ukraine that it's not in a position to fight a war with the South or any one else for that matter.

North Korea has already sent so many conventional weapons and ammunition to Russia “it cannot fight a war in Korea right now even if it wanted to,” said Doo Jin-ho, a senior analyst at the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses in Seoul. “That may be Kim Jong-un’s biggest vulnerability now.”

South Korean president Yoon Suk Yeol was reportedly arrested by the country’s Corruption Investigation Office for High Ranking officials, a first for a sitting South Korean leader.

This was the second bid to arrest the impeached president, following a failed attempt on Jan.3 when agents from South Korea’s Presidential Security Service had blocked investigators from entering Yoon’s residence.
