Apparently two cabin crew strapped in at the very rear of the plane which broke off and avoided the fireball.

Seems strange to me that a bird strike stops the landing gear coming down but I'm sure we'll find out why soon enough.

The first video in this tweet has what seems to be the bird strike.

listening to an aviation expert and seems no one has a clue why the landing gear and flaps were not operated.

This is sad, only 2 survivors. Why did the landing gear not deploy somehow?

No landing hear, no flaps, no spoiler, engine sounds like it's spoiling up. People are comparing it to PIA 8303 which was caused by a combination of arrogance, poor training, lack of discipline and distracted pilots.

There is almost no chance there was a system failure leading to all leading gears failing to deploy and even if there was, there's a manual option on 737 aircraft
