At least he DID make it to 100, doubt any current living president will make it that far. Maybe W or Obama...
My strongest memory of the Carter presidency, besides the Iran hostage crisis, was the pardon of Vietnam era draft evaders. Mostly in the form of my father muttering "Goddam draft dodgers..."

We won't see his kind again. Carter's main mistake (there were a few—goes with the job) was listening to Kissenger, who advised him to let the Shah of Iran and his coterie take up exile in the U.S.
