Mrs Huja currently in L.A. for work. She is safe. A bunch of people I know have evacuated their homes. A bunch more haven't (yet) but are without power. Everyone is on edge as a single ember caught the up in Santa Ana wind can ignite a fire miles away.

It could happen to pope francis - and it could happent to vladimir putin at the other end - these guys are kind of in the middle I would say. Not seen Paris Hilton in the news for awhile.

I know it's not said 'seriously' but I doubt if it could happen to the Pope or Putin. They would heaven and hell (respectively) to ensure that their property was safe by digging the widest firebreaks and commanding the fire to stop or else.
