    No being mental doesn't justify a policeman to shoot you, but being threating in such a manner where the said policeman fears for his life does.

    the guy attacked the police with a chair or some kind of wood... and the police felt his life was endangered and fired twice?...Crap! If you ask me that's cowardly instinct. One would think with all the years of training the police would subdue him or penalizing him by shooting him on his leg.
