Can anyone give me any recommendations of activities in Sai Kung other then hiking and where I can find out more about them.

Plenty of boats willing you take you out to fish if thats what ahem pardon the pun floats your boat.

Seafood dinner of course.

Honeymoon dessert aka known as moon gay to the locals.

Beaches with clean water, again there are ferries that will take you out there from the main seafront, Don't pay more than $20 per person return otherwise they're ripping you off.
